Torsalyer has not been attacked in over 300 years. The armies of the city are not very large, but are well trained. On there own they would be at best a hindrance to an invasion force. But they are not alone. The city backs up its army with specialist Battlemages and Warlocks far beyond that with which other cities try. Torsalyer is dominated by the tall golden towers of the Mages Cyrcle. The City has very few trade dealings to the cities to the North. Shield design is a dark green background with a single golden tower on it.
