The city has fallen from being a stronghold of Garthrana into a playground of Novala's vice. The city is a confident place as the current ruler lets the guilds run the city. The Paladins of Garthrana are now allowed inside the city, but the populace are pretty much united that they want the status quo to remain...oblivious to the warnings of the Paladins of Garthrana...that will always protect the city. The city has the best library in the whole of Naralia, due to the purges of the Knights and Paladins of former crusades. The city is very isolated from the other cities of Naralia despite its central location. Shield design is a dark blue base with a white vertical cross on it.
