Mortavlon was the place where the Fleyshur Priesthood came to power and unlike Denvilera they expanded with ruthless efficiency. However the Empire over stretched themselves, and paid a large price for this, losing over three quarters of its Empire in the last 30 years. The city is vast and well stocked the only blemish is the cities western suburb that was destroyed by a strike force from Burnenville. Shield design of its troops is a crimson base with a black eagle outstretched upon it.
