The People of Sallatane are called the Horselords with good reason. For the most part they are nomads. The city is odd, as it is not very permanent in nature with large areas left open so that the nomadic clans of Sallatane can set up their huge tents easily. The centre of the City however is the only permanent feature of the place, with buildings in the suburbs being large tents in reality. However as the city begins to take control of the area the city more and more permanent buildings are being erected, along with a few defences as well, so that the legions of Mortavlon will never threaten them again. Shield design is a yellow background with a black stallion rampant.
