FORM
While most new players are able to join the game smoothly, it
is not unknown for problems to arise during sign-up. These
are some common problems:
- Mistyping your email address in the sign-up
so that the initial turn never arrives.
- Forgetting to attach the turn file to the email sent to phoenix@kjcgames.co.uk.
- Attaching a blank turn file to the email (you can open the
turn file to check, it is in plain text so you can read your
orders)
We aim to give a professional service and respond to all problems
swiftly and efficiently. If you have a problem with not receiving
turns, then either fill in the form below or write to
kjc@kjcgames.co.uk with the statement Phoenix Startup Player Problem in
the subject line. This allows us to quickly see that we need to help you out and it
will not be lost in the masses of junk mail this address receives.
