Step 6. Now for scouting other blocks. Each turn you can scout 4 blocks, to do this simply click the drop down menu on the left under the heading 'Order Selection' and choose 'Scouting Blocks'. Then choose 'Scout 4 Blocks' from the list below, now in the middle you have 4 boxes to enter the block numbers you want to scout. Which blocks you scout are entirely up to you, you can scout any blocks you like in the whole city. Once you have chosen the 4 blocks you are going to scout you then click the 'Issue >>' button which will add your scouting order into the issued orders list.

Once your orders are complete and you are happy with them, you click the 'Turns' tab at the top left which takes you back to the page you started on.
